Cosway Corporation Limited ("Cosway") is a hybrid consumer marketing company that blends the best features of a global network marketing system with the convenience and reach of a wide retail chain. The business began in 1979 as Cosway (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("Cosway M"), a multi level marketing ("MLM") company, and was acquired by Berjaya Group in 1994. In December 2009, Berjaya Holdings (HK) Limited (a subsidiary of the Berjaya Group) completed the acquisition of Cosway M and eCosway.com Sdn. Bhd. ("eCosway") and subsequently changed its name to Cosway Corporation Limited.

Cosway currently markets over 1,900 consumer products solely through our in house brands. The core product categories comprise of health and nutritional supplements, personal care products, water filtration systems, cosmetics and fragrances, skincare, body shaping lingerie, home and car care and food and beverage. Unlike typical MLM companies, Cosway sources almost all of its products from independent manufacturers, leading researchers and ingredient suppliers and as such, the Group is able to capitalise on the advanced technological and scientific innovations of the global manufacturing and research community.
Cosways' products are available at 1,480 exclusive stores located at hypermarkets, high density residential developments, major shopping malls and housing areas throughout Asia and Australia. Growth has also seen an impetus with the recent introduction of our "Free Store" concept, which allows entrepreneurial Cosway members to manage company-owned outlets (hence "free" to the members). These store operators profit from both a commission on sales and with the network marketing system, operators also benefit from multiple levels of commission through sales generated by a hierarchy of members whom they recruit.
We are presently operating in nine countries which are grouped as follows:
• Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei
• Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan
• Other Countries, consisting of Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia and Australia

History of eCosway

eCosway has dedicated full-time teams sourcing and developing products so that its products will continue to resonate with the wants and needs of today's market. All these helped the company to consistently meet the goal of providing you with the best products at affordable prices. In November 2001, the parent company launched its global online network marketing business via eCosway.com. Its free store concept was started in Hong Kong in 2007. It was highly successful, and since then, it has spread to other countries. eCosway was launched in USA in November 2010. Its corporate office is in Irvine, California. Currently, there are more than 50 eCosway stores throughout the United States, and it is growing!

Own A FREE eCosway Store

eCosway gives qualified Independent Business Owner (IBO) the opportunity to run FREE stores!

The stores are free for qualified IBO members. eCosway signs the lease of a space in high foot traffic locations, does all the necessary renovation, sets up the fixtures, cash registers, security cameras, light boxes, and provides all the products on consignment. eCosway even pays the monthly utility and phone bills. Store operator just steps in, run the store and earn between 8 to 16% of the gross sales.

Like any store or franchise, you will earn a commission whenever a customer walks in and buy from the store. Unlike other stores, and thanks to the unique global profit plan, you will also earn when your customer (downline) buys from other eCosway stores or online. Also, earnings will increase when the customer refer other people to buy at eCosway both locally and globally. When the customer decides to open a new store, it will further grow your prosumer network, and your profits will increase.

eCosway VIP Shopper Program

The VIP Shopper program is an option for people who do not have an interest in eCosway Business Ownership.
The joining fee for VIP Shoppers is US$ 20 per ID. Each new VIP Shopper will be given 20 RPs. He or she will also receive the monthly new product & promotion catalogs. VIP Shoppers will also get a VIP Information Folder for free. If new member purchase more than US$ 40 in a single receipt on regular prices, the fee is waived.
During registration, every VIP Shopper applicant is required to provide an Introducer's details and Identification Number. If a VIP Shopper opts to join as a Business Owner before the VIP Shopper validity has lapsed, he or she will not be allowed to join as the downline of anyone other than the original Introducer. One month after his or her validity period has lapsed, a VIP Shopper can join any Introducer he or she likes.

• VIP Shoppers have the same privileges as BOs, except that VIP Shoppers cannot earn profits, build networks or receive eV and QUs. All eV generated by VIP Shoppers will be counted as Personal Sales Volume for the immediate upline Business Owner.
• VIP Shoppers are entitled to purchase eCosway products. Every US$ 10 spent (in a single transaction) will generate 1 RP (RPs have no expiry period).
• VIP Shoppers can introduce others to be VIP Shoppers. The resulting network will be attached to the upline Business Owner's Branch.
• The administration fee for VIP Shoppers is US$ 20 per ID and 20RPs will be awarded upon payment.
